Superior Home Health is an organization focused on the care, health and well-being of individuals that have a skilled medical need and any other health related need provided in the comfort of their home. We partner with providers in the care of their patients to a path of a healthier lifestyle and management of their medical needs.

Our mission is to provide individual diligent care with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect to everyone we encounter. This includes our partners, our patients and their loved ones. This allows our patients to remain independent at their place of residence while regaining and or enhancing their

quality of life.

We offer Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. All of our medical staff is licensed, and experienced in providing excellent care in the home.

We provide services throughout the greater Oklahoma City Metroplex and the surrounding counties within a 30-mile radius.  This includes  Canadian, Cleveland, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, Pottawatomie and Seminole counties.
